A Pharma R&D Executive (or Senior Executive) drives new product development from concept to launch by conducting formulation trials, process optimization, and stability studies. They are responsible for literature/patent searches, generating regulatory documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

• Qul: Msc, Organic Chemistry,
• Exp: 0-2 years in API or Bulk Drugs.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Quality by Design (QbD), Formulation, Tech Transfer, and Regulatory Guidelines (FDA/DCGI/ICH).
• Key Skills: Strong documentation, analytical skills, project management, and proficiency with Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills

• Product Development & Formulation: Execute formulation trials for new drugs, including pre-formulation studies, selecting active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and optimizing excipients.
• Technical Documentation & Compliance: Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and regulatory documents (e.g., INDs, NDAs) in accordance with ICH and GMP guidelines.
• Process Optimization & Scale-up: Optimize manufacturing processes, conduct pilot batches, and manage technology transfer from R&D to production.
• Analysis & Stability Studies: Perform stability studies to determine product shelf-life and conduct characterization of materials.
